Enter FreshCo Stamford and you’ll find your go-to sandwich and salad shop proudly serving the Belltown community in Stamford, Connecticut. Guests come pouring in for breakfast and lunch - however, insiders know that there’s a secret menu offered weekly.
Every Tuesday (via group chat and Instagram), owner Fafar announces her weekly ‘off the menu’ Persian entrees available for pick up on the weekends. Visitors come from Trumbull, Westport, New Canaan, Greenwich and beyond as it is the only persian food in the state of CT.
With an order cut off date of Thursday mornings - Fafar doubles down on her creativity and pours her heart her favorite Persian specials.
The authenticity, love and experience that goes into Fafar’s persian cuisine is a unique find in the area. Using the skills she gained growing up alongside her grandmother, Fafar offers the community the most authentic Persian cuisine using the freshest ingredients Fairfield County has to offer.
